This is a charming beachfront villa located near Hvar on the south-west coast of Hvar Island. The villa has a private swimming pool and is an excellent choice for family or friends. The villa is located in a quiet location just 10 metres from the beach and only 4.4 km from Hvar, where you can find plenty of restaurants, museums, nightclubs, and boat trips to the surrounding islands. The villa develops over three levels and includes seven double bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The garden is split over several levels and offers a private swimming pool with sun loungers, shady areas for relaxation and dining, as well as a private pier with a boat mooring for boats up to 25m in length, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, and steps into the sea for swimming. The villa includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, well-equipped kitchens on each level, washing machine, iron/ironing board, high chair, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, safe, garden terrace, outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities. Pets are also allowed upon request.
