Just steps from the gorgeous Lake Como, this charming apartment is spread over three levels with a lot of stairs. We think the private balcony is a highlight here – there's enough space to sit out and gaze across the lake with an evening drink or a light breakfast. Being in the centre of Varenna, some street noise can be expected, but this can be remedied with earplugs. Public transport is easily accessible, whether you're catching a train to Milan at the Varenna-Esino railway station or heading to the ferry depot and discovering the beauty of Lake Como.

This home is in an apartment building in a central location, just 700 metres from the nearest train station, so there is a chance you may hear some noise from the street and from neighbours during your stay.
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom is on the first floor while the living room is on the second floor, so climbing stairs will be required here.
The fireplace here is purely for decoration and not for use.
