Set just below Bob Hope's iconic architecturally designed curved home, there's just one other neighbour nearby - unless you want to count the coyotes, cottontail rabbits and lizards, of course. Inside this elegant whitewashed clapboard home, floor-to-ceiling frame that incredible vista. The lounge is centred around a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, and when it's dark and you can't look out the window anymore, there's a Wii to keep you entertained. The master bedroom comes with a sumptuous bathtub in the en-suite and a vast walk-in closet, but it's the fourth bedroom that we think is particularly special.
