This light and bright home in Cornwall is located just a ten-minute walk from Newquay's centre, making it ideally situated for sampling the town's many restaurants and going for a swim – or surf – at the famous Fistral Beach. Inside the property, there’s plenty of space for your whole brood to spread out. Thumb through the excellent selection of recipe books and choose something delicious to cook up in the fully integrated kitchen and relax in the spacious living area, while big and little kids alike have a go on the Xbox. When the weather’s not on your side, bring out the board games or retreat to the second-floor sitting room for a cosy movie marathon. Our favourite part of this zero-carbon home is, of course, the excellent sea vistas. Gaze out over Trevose Head from the master bedroom's four-poster bed, or enjoy a drink overlooking the rolling waves from the balcony’s L-shaped sofa. Bliss!

The house is primarily for families – your host does not accept bookings for stag/hen parties or all adult groups under the age of 40
Dogs are allowed for a fee of £15 per pet and on the condition they are kept off soft furnishings
