In keeping with the charming seaside spirit of Whitby, you’ll find quaint nautical touches in every nook and cranny of this cottage; like the model ship on the master bedroom’s mantle and the sea painting in the cosy dining area. There’s a traditional feel to the entire place, with features like original brick walls and exposed wooden ceiling beams. We think Bram Stoker would be pleased with the gothic animal skull decor surrounding that magnificent wood burner fireplace, where you’ll curl up in an armchair after a day wandering through Whitby’s streets and along its dramatic coastline. Despite how historic the home feels, there are modern appliances in the kitchen, stylish monochrome bathrooms, and two luxurious bedrooms with flat screen TVs opposite the ornate beds.
