This stunning brick, slate and glass home sits at the end of a forest-flanked road. The architects that designed it back in the 60s took inspiration from an artist's studio, and it shows. The interior space is large and filled with light thanks to walls of glass and high ceilings that allow the natural light to bounce around. Those walls are dual-purpose, as they also offer views over your peaceful countryside surroundings. The mid-century interior is on point, and the accommodation has been arranged to suit multi-generational families. You'll find two bedrooms – plus the TV room which can be transformed into another bedroom – on the ground floor, plus two further bedrooms upstairs. To ensure that every family member can make it, a couple of your furry friends are welcome to join you during your stay. They're sure to love the fully enclosed back garden and walks through the New Forest. We love the attention lavished on the children's activity room, the multiple communal areas, and the outdoor sit-outs by the garden. Explore the local area, and you'll find yourself a couple of miles from the centre of the charming coastal town of Lymington, while the heathland and forest... trails of New Forest National Park are worth exploring – just keep an eye out for the native ponies.
