Even though the actual home is lovely, the true reason we love Pergola are the outdoors spaces that surround it. If you're a fan of spending your holidays lazing about under a natural shade with a good book and a nice glass of wine, then this home is a winner. From the alfresco dining pavilion to the outdoor lounge, the pool with its own little hangout, and then another terrace, it's hard to stay indoors in this home. This isn't to say that the insides are anything but superb — the high-end furniture, pastel shades, and the exposed stone surfaces will keep your spirits up even if the sun disappears for a day or two. As you'll be staying in the heart of Provence, we recommend that your first purchase be olive oil from the nearby village famous for its orchards, but drive in any direction and you'll find vineyards, lavender fields, and natural beauty. If there's anything you need to take your holiday to a new level, talk to the lovely host team who can sort you out with a private chef, a babysitter, a masseur, and more.
