Impressive in every way, this magnificent villa with ten en-suite bedrooms and stunning views of the Le Marche coastline is the ultimate luxurious escape. Featuring two exquisite homes spread across an eight-acre estate, it comes with everything discerning families, groups of friends or wedding guests could possibly imagine: think glorious gardens, two swimming pools, a private tennis court, yoga studio, Swedish sauna and endless amenities. An optional concierge service will also be available should you wish to sit back and enjoy any of the high-end extras during your stay. If you can bring yourselves to leave this chic villa (which we highly doubt), pretty historic towns, long stretches of sandy beaches, excellent shopping and restaurants are just a short drive or cycle ride away.

The two homes connect via their gardens and can be rented separately for smaller groups
For those looking for more privacy, there is a separate annex in the fourth bedroom in one of the homes
The caretaker’s house is also within the grounds but they remain respectful of guest’s privacy
Although family-friendly, parents should monitor young children on the open-sided staircases and partially terraced grounds
Two additional beds can be requested for the en-suite attic bedroom
