On the southern tip of Sicily, this modern home is all about the quiet life. Surrounded by pristine countryside, you're not going to be bothered by the neighbours here. Set on one level, the inside is calm and cool, with painted wood ceilings, polished white floors and a super-sleek kitchen. The bedrooms are all en-suite and each has its own access to the beautiful garden beyond. If your level is holiday activity ranges from horizontal on a sun lounger to bobbing up and down in a pool, you've found the ideal spot. On the terrace you can bake in the sun, read under the pergola, barbecue in the evenings, and even sit out till dark to admire the pretty spotlighting. It may be a rural area but you can drive into Ragusa in less than twenty minutes, and the 14th Century Donnafugata Castle is also just a short drive away.
