With roaring fires, alpine views and even a hot tub to warm up in after a day on the slopes, this chalet is sure to be the cherry on top of your snow-covered cake. The grand brick fireplace sits magnificently in the middle of the living area, while vaulted ceilings, hickory plank wood floors, and towering windows add plenty of rustic charm. Step out onto the balcony to sip your morning coffee in solitude, and breathe in the mountain air as you rock back and forth on one of the wooden rocking chairs. Don’t worry about being disturbed by the kids, as they’ll probably be found playing in the games room. When it’s time to get your skis on, jump on the shuttle bus at Breckenridge Nordic Centre which will take you to the base of Peak 8, only half a mile away. Come nightfall, there are plenty of bar and restaurants options nearby to keep you entertained with some excellent après ski fun.
