Located between the resorts of Hanioti and buzzing Polychrono on Halkidiki’s Kassandra peninsula, this minimalist ten-person villa is set a mere 150m from the beach. Ideal for seaside escapes with family or friends, the property has all the ingredients of a fun group getaway – a games room, huge satellite TV, fitness suite and sauna, to name just a few. While we love the villa’s open-plan feel and the many luxury touches, which include a Nespresso coffee machine and even a dedicated wine closet, it’s the outside space that inevitably takes centre stage when staying here. Cool off after a gym session with a dip in your private pool, before grilling up a storm on the barbecue and enjoying the fruits of your labour al fresco on the terrace.
