This newly refurbished modern home is located in the heart of Phoenix's Old Town, just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, galleries and shops in the city. As it's in a residential area, this home is quieter than you'd expect given it's central location, and also bigger – there are two living rooms and a self-contained guest suite, and the outdoor space includes a pool, barbecue and dining area. The great views of Camelback Mountain from the balcony, and proximity to hiking trails and outdoor parks, also make this a great destination for those who favour being out in nature over the city.
