Set on the outskirts of Vilamoura, this stunning villa is perfectly suited for golf enthusiasts as it looks out onto the luscious, Pinhal golf course next door. With its terracotta roof, tiled flooring and panoramic vistas over the greens from your terrace, this one's the Algarve at its unbridled best. It's a 4-km drive from sandy beaches, with easy access to a glamorous marina lined with upscale restaurants and cocktail bars. If you’re in the mood to take in a little history – the Cerro da Vila archaeological museum is less than a ten-minute drive away. After a day taking in this culturally rich area, cool off with a dip in your private pool or a siesta in the garden, before turning to the barbecue area (complete with a wood-burning stove) and attempting to recreate some Portuguese classics – we find it helps to have a cold drink in hand. Inside, four generous bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area and even a dedicated office space provide everything needed for an endlessly relaxing stay and a welcomed retreat after a day out on the links.
