Built around a central courtyard, this one-bedroom apartment in Paris' Latin Quarter is at the heart of the capital's cultural district. There's almost a loft vibe to this home with its spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine double bedroom, and there's lots of natural light coming into the main communal area.
