Just steps away from the Canal Saint Martin sits this Haussmannian 1 bed apartment. With a country-house style dining room boasting a large dining table and ornate fireplace, as well as a separate sleek, marble top kitchen I was amazed at just how much space there was - even if you did choose to accommodate a couple of extra guests on the sofa bed in the living area. Perhaps not for those seeking a more colourful, design-centric space, the bedroom is pretty basic in terms of decor, but it does have a charming Juliette balcony filling the room with plenty of natural light.
