With its sliding glass doors and white walls, this villa is filled with light. It’s an ideal home for families or a group of friends, thanks to the various seating areas inside and out, which make it easy to socialise. Choose between stretching out on a lounger on the suntrap rooftop terrace, dining in the shaded alcove or settling into a beanbag on the slice of lawn out the front. The interior is sleek and minimalist – a soothing space to hide away from the heat of the day and the floating staircase up to the bedrooms particularly caught our eye. For an active day, go for a swim in the shared pool, where you’ll also find a kids’ pool, or walk 500 meters to the sandy Praia do Martinhal beach, where you can splash around in the waves. Sagres is just 600 meters away, so you can also make the most of the town’s eating and drinking options if you don’t fancy a barbecue on the terrace.
