Outside there's a dining area, gas barbecue and fire pit, and it's just a few steps away from the little grassy park on the bluff, overlooking the beach. The sunset from here is incredible.

This home is a ground-floor apartment, with another apartment above it – but there are no communal areas and your outside space is private.
The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and is best suited for children.
There's room for one compact car in the driveway, as well as limited on-street parking if you need additional space.
