This incredible beachfront penthouse is the stuff of dreams. Truly leave behind city stresses in a modern apartment sitting on the famous white and sandy beaches of San Diego. You'll have breathtaking sweeping sea views from almost every angle, the beach is your backyard, and the monochrome and warm wood interiors are simple and modern for your convenience and comfort. Prepare a fresh and zingy salade niçoise in the sunny kitchen with vaulted, glass ceilings or simply throw your favourite meat and vegetables on the barbecue for alfresco dinners. You'll be a short distance from Belmont Park - San Diego's historic amusement park - for some quintessential Californian culture, but we won't blame you if you just want to surf and sunbathe all day and night on your trip in the sun.

Home truths
The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. It's ideal for children.
The only full bathrooms here are en-suite. While those staying in the fourth bedroom have access to a separate WC, they'll have to use one of the other bathrooms for showering.
This home is on the third floor – it requires stairs to reach.
There isn't air conditioning here, but each room has a ceiling fan.
Parking is available in the garage, though kindly note that it has low height. The longer side can fit up to a mid-size SUV, while the short side is only suitable for a micro car or a golf cart. Please reach out for exact dimensions. There's very limited street parking here.
Unless travelling as a family, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
