You can have the best of all worlds at this stunning villa, perfectly perched between the charming medieval town of Mougins and fashionable Cannes. Delve into the countryside to discover horse-riding, mountain biking, and hiking trails aplenty. Take an amble through the historic curving streets of Mougins teeming with art galleries and famous restaurants (fifteen minutes on foot). Or soak up the glitz and glamour of Canne's promenade (twenty-minute drive). When thoughts turn to food, local patisseries and authentic restaurants are all within walking distance in the nearby village of Val de Mougins (ten minutes on foot). Or take things back home, where French doors open wide to reveal lush gardens, outdoor terraces, and the most magnificent pool. While you cook up a feast in the outdoor kitchen, kids can let off steam with a round of table tennis and badminton or run amok with furry friends on the vast, enclosed gardens. Then the rest of the day is yours to take a dip in the pool. With a waterfall, Jacuzzi, and swim-against-current and wave features – it might be all the entertainment you need. Inside, there's a lofty, elegant living room with an open fire at its heart for... chiller evenings. And classically French bedrooms (all with en-suites) spread out across two floors to spill out and make yourselves at home.
