Many coastal properties may boast about having the sea on your doorstep, and most of them are exaggerating. Here, we don’t embellish the facts, so when we tell you The Sulidae is just metres from the gentle lapping of the waves, you can believe us. Skip just a few stone steps down from the terrace and you’re getting your feet wet in the glittering waters of the Adriatic, or climbing onto your private boat to explore the islands and surrounding coastline. The home definitely makes the most of the view, with numerous balconies facing out over the sea, but that doesn’t mean the interiors are an afterthought; the beachy and contemporary aesthetic is a continuation of the natural landscape of the bay and calls to mind the traditional homes on this Croatian island. Here, you’ll feel simultaneously awestruck and right at home.
