Nestled in a lush pine forest, Sprinkle of Nutmeg is an ideal home for couples and small families. You can go for a swim in the sea or a snorkeling adventure form your very doorstep. After a dip in the infinity pool, fire up the rustic barbecue as you soak in views of the Myrtos Bay. The terraces are brimming with character. Tucked away in the quaint Ionian Island of Kefalonia (of Captain Corelli's Mandolin fame), you'll be enchanted by the secluded beaches, gorges, underground lakes and villages all around you. A pro-tip, drive along the coast to nearby Assos. Hike through dense pine and cypress woods and admire ancient Ionian architecture (Assos Castle is a must-see). Head to a taverna for a plate of delicious mezze (do not pass up that shot of ouzo) before heading back for the perfect sleep.
