A characterful ground-floor apartment that’s perfect for small families or two couples. Guests can delve into DVDs and books – lounging on that huge distressed-leather sofa – or listen to music from the bathtub. There’s a bright kitchen in which to cook dinners, and a folding table at which to eat them. Host Demelza kindly provides a welcome hamper, which you can mine for picnics in Regent’s Park.
