Just outside the hilltop town of Castel Rigone, Incanta is a gorgeous old farmhouse, with grounds to match, that’s in easy reach of Lake Trasimeno. The surrounding woods make it feel like you’re in your own little world. A small, unpaved lane takes you into the village, and if you then head down the road to Trasimeno, you’ll find all sorts of activities on the water, from kitesurfing to wake boarding. Back at the house, the combination of nordic-inspired furniture and traditional architecture creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
