This characterful home offers breathtaking views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The villa is nestled in the heart of a typical Mediterranean village, Deia, once home to the poet Robert Graves. Spend your days lounging on the terrace, cooling off with intermittent dips in the lovely plunge pool. The outdoor area feels rustic and traditional with its well-established almond and olive tree. Inside, the decor is minimal yet elegant. Wooden shutters open up to cool and bright white-washed rooms. Antique furnishings are paired with unique art pieces, which reflect the atmosphere and history of the area. We especially love the open-plan sitting and dining room with its sculptural fireplace. If you fancy a change of scenery, a thirty-minute downhill walk from the villa leads to Cala Deià. This pebble cove is an idyllic spot to while away an afternoon, wallowing in the shimmering turquoise water. Feeling peckish? Check out the ever-popular Ca's Patro. This rustic waterside restaurant featured in the BBC mini-series, 'The Night Manager', and is a popular celebrity haunt during the summer months.

Surrounded by fragrant citrus orchards and almond trees, inspiration lies at every twist and turn. Its narrow, cobbled streets, honey-coloured stone houses swathed with Jasmine and bougainvillea, as well as vistas to the cobalt blue Mediterranean beyond, are a...
