We’ll be honest – there might be a fight for the master bedroom at this home. Why? Well, that enormous first-floor terrace comes with the room, and it's all yours. However, the consolation prize is not to be sniffed at – crisp, white bedrooms, a glass-clear pool and superb open-plan living room. There’s also a smart outdoor dining area with barbecue for grilling up fresh seafood or enjoying a pre-dinner aperitif. Just 50 metres away is the golden beach of Santo Tomas, a remarkable (and remarkably quiet) three-kilometre stretch of sand.
