In a perfect location for all that Falmouth has to offer, this modern home has excellent access to all the town’s amenities and beaches. It’s particularly suitable for families looking for a quiet base for a bucket-and-spade jaunt. We loved the setting, neatly tucked away on a residential street by the main shopping street of Falmouth and the marina. Inside, it's all about sleek lines and contemporary furnishings. Open plan living space makes for a sociable ground floor, with a plump velvet sofa and a bespoke window seat in the lounge, a stylish dining table and a high-spec kitchen. Bi-folding doors open to the rear deck, where you can eat your meals on warm days, and there's a lawn for kids to play on. Here you'll be within a ten-minute walk of some of the biggest attractions – the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, the high street, the harbour and the nearest beach.
