The outdoor spaces at Greengate Palm paint an idyllic picture. Whether you're a fan of cookouts, a tanning enthusiast, or someone who just wants to dive into the pool, this home is like a mini retreat for a variety of tastes. The colours outside are balanced in a way that makes the white and blue shades evoke a little taste of the Mediterranean, but they didn't prepare us for the ultra-sleek interiors draped in marble and velvet. The modern living room practically urges you to try out the comfortable sofa and pick a movie to watch on the flat screen, and the bedrooms have a cool, serene quality. A fair warning — all apart from the inhabitants of the master bedroom will be sleeping on single beds, but as long as you're happy with that arrangement, you'll have a great time here. You're not far from Camelback mountain, and Scottsdale's Old Town and its many cafes, restaurants, and bars, but a night in by the fire pit with a bottle of red could be just as fun.
