Catch a glimpse of the sea from the comfort of your terrace and realise how close you are from the sea, and the famous Torrey Pines Beach. You can smell the salty breeze, and easily use this minimalist villa as a relaxing holiday with easy access to swimming facilities. The panoramic windows make the space feel much bigger and bring in huge amounts of light (as well as giving views out to sea). After a day on the beach, the stone-paved terrace is a perfect place to unwind and start up the fire pit, and there's also an additional balcony where you can watch the Del Mar sunset before retiring to the home cinema for a blockbuster or two.
