Built in 1929, Art Deco House showcases impressive features that take you back to a bygone era of lavish magnificence and opulent luxuries. It sits atop a cliff overlooking Sandown Bay, and there’s great access to the cliff edge and spectacular views of the Channel. Once you get inside, it becomes clear that it’s a labour of love. All of the furniture and art has been meticulously sourced from English and Viennese beginnings, and it ends up feeling like something from an F Scott Fitzgerald novel – especially, as you wander around the beautifully manicured gardens. It doesn’t hurt that one of the owners is an expert on Champagne either, and can provide you with a personal selection. Whether you're getting together to celebrate a special occasion or simply keen on exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight, Sunburst Splendours is the kind of place that you won’t forget in a hurry.

This home is managed by Laurence
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. The owners Laurence and Sharon bought the villa in 2014 as their only holiday let business, whilst still working in their usual careers. Sharon visited the island with a girlfriend on a wet rainy day and fell head over heels for the home – since then, Laurence and Sharon have welcomed plenty of lovely guests to their spectacular mansion.
