Perfect for families or couples, this flat combines looks with location. Behind one of the quiet neighbourhood’s white-stucco facades, it majors in flowery fabrics and vintage decor. The good kitchen will have cooks purring while two bathrooms eliminate fights over the first shower. A gas fireplace warms everyone on chilly nights. Big Ben and the Tate Britain are close, while Pimlico’s Underground station is one stop from Victoria and its Gatwick Express trains.

Home truths

The dining table is located in the living room, it will seat four comfortably but you will need to fold it out when in use and fold it back when not in use to maximise the space

Although this home can fit five guests, one will be on the sofa bed and the space is best suited to four

Just an extra note here that as the photos demonstrate, the second bedroom can be used as two singles or as a double – please let your host know how you would like it set up

Guests may find the WiFi doesn’t reach every room

It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the softer side, so not everyone might find them comfortable

With more than 350 Grade-II listed buildings, it’s one of the...
