Explorer’s Base is a stunning barn conversion set in a French style courtyard. Fans of this home cite the host’s impeccable attention to detail as one of the best things about this holiday and laud the superbly comfortable bedding. The home looks fantastic, like something from a modern Cornish fairytale and its also perfect for exploring Cornwall being close to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as the North and South Coasts. Newquay airport is nearby if you’re arriving by plane and the quintessential Cornish fishing villages are a pleasure to explore. Make sure you find time to explore the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Cornish fishing villages, including Padstow, St Mawes and Fowey, all nearby.
