The Paragon, as the name suggests, is a mid-century modern masterpiece by renowned Santa Barbara architect James Morris. Glass walls, skylights and clean lines create a relaxing and breathable space, perfect for those who need to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. Located just ten minutes from Santa Barbara’s Downtown and five minutes from La Cumbre Plaza and Hope Ranch’s private beach, there is plenty to do in the area. Having said that, we wouldn’t blame you if you never left the home because The Paragon boasts impressive views of the surrounding mountains. In fact, we highly recommend enjoying the vistas from the back patio with its covered dining area and fire pit for nights we guarantee you won’t soon forget.
