This dreamy villa can be found just outside of beautiful Syracuse, right on the coast. It’s a magnificent home, with everything you could hope for from a sunny stay in Sicily – it has to be seen to be believed. Floor-to-ceiling windows mean that the incredible sea views can be admired from every angle, whether you’ve just woken up in the morning, you’re cooking in the chic kitchen, or you’re enjoying a steam. You’ll be drawn outside to swim in the heated infinity pool or sunbathe in the garden – you can look forward to stretching out on Balinese-style daybeds. The huge terrace is where you’ll likely spend your evenings. Book a chef to come and wow your guests in the outdoor kitchen – sip cocktails around the pool and watch the sun sink in the sky while you wait, before taking your seats at the alfresco dining table. The villa has direct access to the sea via a rocky stretch, so you might like to enjoy a spot of sea kayaking. If you prefer your beaches sandy, drive five minutes to the Plemmirio nature reserve to admire the scenery and spot wildlife. History-buffs will enjoy Syracuse, which is just... seventeen minutes away. Explore the Greek and Roman ruins in between sipping lemonade in cafes. When you return to the villa, go for a sunset swim in the pool, then spend your evening stargazing – make use of the telescope to see which constellations you can spot.
