Built in 1930, this estate in Beverly Crest (known by locals as the Balcony of Beverly Hills) raises the bar in pretty much every way. The manicured gardens are huge and come with a pool and spa, fountains, and fire pits – everything you could dream of. There's space for everyone to find their own little slice of tranquility, with plenty of shaded spots to relax and read, before gathering for a sociable dinner on the terrace. Inside, each bedroom comes with fabulous views and elegant decor that has more than a hint of luxury – it’s undoubtedly decadent, but in the best way possible. Exploring LA is simple from here – Hollywood is a fifteen-minute drive down Sunset – and you also have excellent access to hiking trails in the Hills, just behind the home.
