The elevation is close to 5,000 feet so it can get quite windy and cold up here
No parties, events or bonfires are allowed
Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere on the property, even outside
Dogs must be approved with the host beforehand, and you'll need to pay an additional fee of $75 per pet
Remember to bring charcoal for the barbecue and bottled water in case the well water isn’t to your liking

During the winter the pipes can freeze, so you will need to turn the house water off before bed and on again in the morning
