English charm and elegance await at this pretty seventeenth-century cottage in the countryside. Grade II listed but modernised to create a comfortable home with all modern conveniences, it's a beautiful place to relax with family and friends. Packed with exposed beams and period features, and boasting a stunning galleried landing, it's furnished with a mix of antiques and classic country pieces. We love the open-plan kitchen-dining room with bi-fold doors which open straight out onto the garden and the vaulted ceiling in the romantic master bedroom. Spend mornings sitting out in the private gardens before heading out for a day on the golf course – one of the finest clubs in Surrey, Burhill Golf Club, just happens to be next door. After a day of golfing, there's nothing better than relaxing in front of the log fire in the inglenook or sitting outside on the delightful patio with after-dinner drinks.
