Cosy comfort meets sleek, practical design at Peak View, a duplex apartment with a stunning outlook over the Aran Valley and neighbouring pistes to the peak of mount Aneto, the highest in the Pyrenees. Set in a private enclave, the apartment has direct access to the Baqueira Beret resort via the Esquirós chairlift. A favourite among in-the-know Spaniards, including the royal family, the resort boasts 150km of slopes across 112 runs at 1,500 to 2,600m, and offers beginner and intermediate zones as well as heli-skiing for the adventurous. Back at Peak View, the living room is the perfect setting for an evening in. Overlooking the mountains, it features a wood-burning fireplace adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for eight. Downstairs, all three bedrooms have magnificent views of the valley, in addition to a sauna for warming up and winding down after a day on the slopes. Self-catering is taken care of with shops close by, alongside a vibrant range of restaurants and bars to ensure a lively après-ski.
