Recently renovated to create a bright and modern apartment, we were immediately drawn to the original artwork that lines every wall in this pad near the Champs Elysées. Ideal for a couple or even a small family, the separate TV room can be conveniently converted into a second bedroom with a comfy double sofa-bed. Both the kitchen and living space are spacious enough to accommodate small get-togethers, while the large dining table is perfect for more elaborate family meals.

We found the TV in the master bedroom to be slightly too far from the bed to properly enjoy it, but the home benefits from having a separate TV room so you're not short on entertainment options
Bear in mind that the second bedroom is also a TV room and the bed a double sofa bed
The lift is very small so you will struggle to fit a pushchair or wheelchair
There is no air-conditioning in this home
