Located just 15 minutes outside of the bustling city centre, this apartment is a perfect romantic retreat. The expansive terrace is ideal for starting your morning with a mindful yoga session, before taking a short stroll to the Praça Marquês de Pombal and the Parque Eduardo VII to enjoy the sights. Use the sightseeing buses to explore the city, or wander down the Avenida da Liberdade towards Baixa-Chiado, where you'll find a selection of cafes and bakeries for breakfast and lunch. Admire the neoclassical architecture and shop along the boutique-lined Rua Augusta where artists and artisans peddle their wares. Or hop on the Elevador de Santa Justa and make the vertical 47-metre journey to enjoy spectacular views of the city – it’s a bit of a cliché, but some things are clichéd for a reason.

About Lapa
The hilly neighbourhood of Lapa favours those with high ambitions. The promise of the most amazing views over the Tejo river drives many visitors into its heights, and few are ever disappointed. The area is mostly upscale (some extravagant architecture is expected), but Lapa has maintained its quiet residential feel in the centre of the city since its aristocratic days. It's the perfect spot for a late afternoon stroll with lots of variety in terms of dining and fado houses with some of the best-renowned spots spread over this tranquil area.
