Just a few hundred yards from the sea, this detached house offers plenty of space for a family or group of friends. It's set in the popular coastal community of Porthcawl, with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within a 15-minute walk. There's an open fire for winter getaways and a large, enclosed rear garden with a table and chairs if you're lucky with the weather. There's a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, making it partially accessible, and the third bedroom upstairs doubles as a large reading room. It's just a short walk to Rest Bay Beach, the promenade and the harbour. If you feel like taking on a new challenge, the surf school there comes highly recommended.
