This little converted barn has it all. The crystal waters of Lake Bala are just moments away – a dream location for water sports enthusiasts – while its central Snowdonia location makes a great base from which to explore the surrounding National Park. Step inside and you’ll find this traditional building benefits from a combination of character features (namely vaulted ceilings and oak beams) and a modern interior, with an open-plan living and dining area, contemporary kitchen and bathroom, and plush bedrooms. Warm, neutral interiors complement the farmland views, which take centre stage here. The cottage has an enclosed garden with decking, outdoor furniture and views across the fields and rolling hills to the rear – not to mention the private hot tub. You'd be forgiven for thinking you were out somewhere in the sticks but in fact, the home is right on the edge of town. Across the road is a small cinema and less than a five-minute walk away are the market town’s many restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs.
