It's no wonder that Bainbridge is consistently one of the most popular villages to visit in the Yorkshire Dales. Just a short drive from cascading waterfalls, verdant nature reserves and picturesque hiking trails, this traditional stone cottage is smack dab in the middle of this idyllic setting. We adore all the original features inside – imagine exposed beams, latched doors, wooden shutters and oak floors. The living area has a squishy leather sofa that you'll want to sink into and never get out of, as well as a cosy wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. It's the definition of charming and comfortable, and with outdoor bike and boot storage, you'll be able to kick off your shoes following a long day exploring and truly make yourself at home. Pop a film in the DVD player, gather for a family meal around the dining table or snuggle up with a book in front of the fire – after an exciting day in the Dales, we can't think of... a better way to relax than in this homely cottage, surrounded by loved ones.
