Perfectly positioned in the heart of bustling Whitby, this luxurious Georgian house is ideally suited to large families and groups of friends. Bask in the morning sunshine and listen to the town come to life as you sip a hot cup of coffee in the enclosed courtyard. Inside, period features have been retained and resurrected throughout, from the hardwood floors to the velvet curtains and chandeliers, and stunning original fireplaces. Even the dining room could be from the pages of a Bram Stoker novel (albeit a modern remake). The call of the sea is never far from your mind with the decor featuring a steampunk-inspired diver’s helmet and boat-shaped bookcase. Discover a selection of award-winning restaurants, cafes and bars within a short five-minute walk, or dine at one of the many renowned fish and chip shops. Saunter across the swing bridge to the other side of the harbour and explore the shambling streets and snickelways of the Old Town, heading home after an eventful day to play a fun game of table football in the games room.

When the sun sets, ghost tours amble through the cobbled streets, revealing the town’s dramatic history. By day it’s all idyllic fishing village vibes, with a hint of Victorian holidays.
