The farmland of North Wales awaits at this marvellous cottage, secluded in the small hamlet of Cefn Berain in the Vale of Clwyd. Detached and set in two acres of fields, your neighbours are of the animal variety. Don't be surprised when cows wander past while you're grilling dinner on the garden barbecue or relaxing in the luxury hot tub. We can think of nothing better than balmy evenings spent sipping bubbly from the tub with the lovely nature views all around you. Speaking of, wake up to the country vistas from the master bedroom balcony – a blissful way to start the day, if you ask us. Indoors, oak rules the roost with the home's beds, floors, doors and staircase all made from it. All that oak makes it coherent and homely – a serene place to wrap up warm and spend time with the family. You'll notice the wooden beamed ceilings and stone hearth stoves that keep things cosy. But when you do want to go out, cycling routes, watersport and fishing are all nearby, while further afield the seaside town of Rhyl is a half hour drive.
