Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This home in South Wales had a previous life as a watermill, which is clear from features like the stone spiral staircase and the oak beams. There's a great sense of space and a modern mix of old and new. We love its living room, with its vaulted ceiling, log burner, and its comfortable, contemporary leather sofas, and the bar billiards in the garden lounge room. But it's outside where the magic really happens. A tucked-away, private spot with a large patio and terraces, you'll find a couple of big surprises out here – a hot tub sunken into the deck and a private sauna. The trickle of the nearby stream is the relaxing background sound in the outdoor seating area and there's storage out here if you're bringing your bikes. Exploring the beautiful Gower Peninsula is a must. The beaches of Mumbles, Caswell Bay and Penmaen are all within a twenty-minute drive, and Pennard Castle is just five minutes away by car.

About The Gower Peninsula
When it comes to Britain’s best beaches, the Gower takes some beating. Rhossilli’s mantlepiece must be sagging with all the gongs it's received over the years. And there are many more – equally lovely – sandy spots to while away your days or get your heart racing on this 19-mile long peninsula. This is a surfing hotspot, particularly the breaks at Llangennith and Langland, and a haven for family holidays....
