Set in the south of Wales’ picturesque Gower, Oxwich Bay is known for its two-and-a-half mile stretch of beach peppered with salt marshes, woodlands and sand dunes. Sea Sleep is just a short trip from this sandy haven and both the beach and the apartment are dog friendly – perfect if you're looking to escape with their furry friends. There’s plenty to keep even the busiest of bees occupied with coastal walks, trips to Oxwich Castle and delicious local foodie spots to seek out such as Beach House Restaurant (think lobster and salt marsh lamb). Those staying a little longer have plenty of time to check out this magical stretch of coast or even take a trip to nearby Swansea (also handy for picking up any of those little bits you might have forgotten). The apartment offers an ideal spot to unwind after you’ve finished exploring – whip up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or curl up in front of the fire and get cosy.

About The Gower Peninsula
When it comes to Britain’s best beaches, the Gower takes some beating. Rhossilli’s mantlepiece must be sagging with all the gongs it's received over the years. And there are many more – equally lovely – sandy spots to while away your days or get your heart racing on this 19-mile long peninsula. This is a surfing hotspot, particularly the breaks at Llangennith and Langland, and a haven for family holidays....
