The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker and leads into the open dining area, where you’ll serve meals for up to ten guests at the traditional refectory-style table. The home sits just outside of the idyllic village of Embleton, just a half hour stroll through the countryside to the sweeping sands of Embleton Bay beach, where you can continue on to Newton by the Sea for a pint at The Ship Inn’s microbrewery. If you’re the golfing sort, play a round at the Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course or explore the National Trust castle itself for a dose of local history.
