A unique little barn conversion, this property is set beside a pond in the grounds of the owners' home. It's a rural location in the heart of the Weald of Kent, with views of the local orchards and rolling countryside. The real showstopper here is the decked balcony which looks out over the pond and has sunloungers for the lazy summer months. If you feel like something more adventurous, it's a perfect spot for keen walkers and cyclists - with Bedgebury Pinetum and Bewl Water Reservoir right on your doorstep. Explore the pretty Wealden towns and villages nearby or take a 20-minute drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells. The National Trust properties of Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst Castle and Batemans are all close by. The village of Goudhurst is just a few minutes away, with its convenience shop and a couple of really good pub restaurants.
