Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This Victorian ground floor apartment is stylish and serene. A coastal bolthole for two, it has a private entrance and hallway, and is finished to such an exacting standard we just had to include it. It’s a short walk downhill to the centre of Swanage, with its many shops and restaurants, and to the gently shelving white sand beach – with all sorts of watersports adventures on hand. It’s close to Durlston Country Park, with its dramatic limestone cliffs. On the tip of the 95-mile Jurassic Coast, it’s easy to hop in your car each day and explore the dozens of hidden coves, sweeping beaches and iconic landmarks on your doorstep - or you can climb aboard a romantic steam train to visit the nearby Corfe Castle. And when you return home, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with stable doors to a private courtyard, so you can eat outside and plan the next day’s adventures.
