The nautical decor in this holiday home is just a taste of things to come during your break in the stunning Dorset area. Open up the double patio doors onto the garden where you can fire up the BBQ and linger in the fresh air all afternoon and all evening as the sun goes down. There’s an emphasis on sustainability here - your welcome pack is stuffed with locally sourced, fair-trade goodies, and all the cleaning products used are kind to the environment. When it’s time to get out and about, you can take a short car or bus ride into Weymouth town centre where you’ll find plenty of quaint English pubs around the harbour - we recommend whiling away the hours watching the boats bobbing in the water. The famous Jurassic Coast is nearby, where you can walk a variety of trails and marvel at the cliffs and sea views. You’ll also find swimming and watersports at Bowleaze Cove, while cycling trails and pony-trekking options are also nearby. After all that, it’s time to sink into one of the comfortable beds, ready to rest up for the next action-packed day.

About Dorset

If you want to immerse yourself in the England of yesteryear, a trip to the county of Dorset is a good place to start. The author Thomas Hardy seemed to concur – he drew heavily on his experience growing up around these parts to create the fictionalised rural idyll of Wessex that was the setting for many of his books. It’s fair to say that not too much has changed...
